GTBank's e-banking pages describe self-service channels accessible by phone, e-mail and internet banking. Bank 737 is a USSD platform started by dialling *737# from a mobile phone, with published strings for quick transfers, balance enquiries, PIN creation, cardless withdrawal, bills payment, BVN/NIN enquiries, bank statements, Quick Credit, Salary Advance, airtime top-up and account blocking. GeNS provides real-time notification of deposits, withdrawals, transfers and salary payments by e-mail and SMS, and is presented as a fraud alert mechanism for unauthorised transactions. Airline Ticket Payment is a web-based option for paying for flights, with the e-ticket sent by e-mail once the airline issues it.

iRequire is available on internet banking and allows customers to request items that are then made available for collection at designated branches, with pick-up stated as within five working days. The bank lists statement printing, card collection, token collection, cheque book pick-up and cash pick-up as items available through the service. i-Refer allows customers to refer family and friends by submitting a form through the internet banking platform or at branches nationwide; a referral code is generated and the referred person receives an e-mail prompting them to open an account. GTBank states a cash reward of N100 for every successful referral, with no limit on the number of referrals.

Guaranty Trust Money Transfer (GTMT) lets account and non-account holders walk into GTBank subsidiary branches in Ghana, Gambia, Liberia, Kenya, Cote d'Ivoire, Sierra Leone, Rwanda and Uganda to send funds to branches in Nigeria, where they are received instantly in Naira. Funds must be sent in the customer's account first name and surname, and the customer must hold an active 10-digit NUBAN Naira account; the beneficiary is not charged fees. Cash-in-Transit enables account holders to send funds through internet banking to beneficiaries without GTBank accounts, who are paid at any branch, with Draft-in-Transit offered alongside it. Foreign currency drafts are written orders to pay a specified sum on demand, drawn on Citibank New York for US Dollar and Canadian Dollar drafts and Citibank London for Pound Sterling and Euro drafts.

Fast-Track Banking uses a PIN pad in branch for withdrawals and cash deposits, accepting the GTBank Naira MasterCard. For withdrawals the customer inserts the card, enters the amount and a four-digit PIN, confirms the account, then collects cash and a receipt from the teller; deposits follow a similar sequence without the PIN step. The bank states the PIN pad is portable, easy to use and reduces transaction processing time. Under financial advisory, Guaranty Trust Bank offers services aimed at distressed situations, listed as debtor services, creditor advisory services and bank advisory services.

Two entries in the IMT services section are published notices rather than products. The CBN PTA Defaulters page lists customer names and partially masked BVNs in numbered entries, and carries an important notice warning customers to be mindful of fake sites run by fraudulent parties posing as Guaranty Trust Bank Ltd or its affiliates, and not to disclose personal or financial details. The FX Market Exclusion List names customers barred from the foreign exchange market for one year until 21 March 2023, showing partially masked customer IDs and account names.
