Searches
When you search the catalogue we record the words you searched for and how many results they returned. That is the whole record: no name, no account, no IP address, no session identifier. We use it to see what the catalogue is missing — a search that finds nothing tells us what to add next.

- Administration. Signing in to the private admin area sets a session cookie. Visitors to the public catalogue never receive one.

Information about organisations
Catalogue entries are compiled from publicly available pages published by the organisations themselves, and each entry links to those pages. If an entry concerns you or your organisation and you would like it corrected or removed, contact us — we act on those requests.
Third parties
The catalogue is served from our own infrastructure. Pages carry no third-party advertising or analytics scripts, and fonts and styles are served from this site rather than from an external network.
