Jetpack's security products cover backups, spam filtering and threat detection. Jetpack VaultPress Backup provides real-time backups and one-click restores, with restore points available from a 30-day archive and an activity log. Jetpack Akismet Anti-spam stops comment and form spam, and also protects responses submitted through Jetpack's contact forms when the Akismet plugin is installed. Jetpack Protect and Jetpack Scan address security threats, with malware scanning and one-click fixes; backups, malware scanning and site search are part of the paid plans.

Jetpack groups several products around growing a site's audience. Jetpack CRM is built for entrepreneurs and small businesses, while Jetpack Social publishes once and posts everywhere, automatically creating Open Graph meta tags so that shared posts display an image, title and description. Jetpack Stats offers real-time audience insight without specialist analysis. Email Subscriptions, introduced in Jetpack 1.2, lets visitors subscribe to new posts or to new comments on a post they have commented on, with WordPress.com servers handling the sending and management of the emails.

Jetpack Boost improves site speed and SEO, and is presented as a one-click performance improvement. Jetpack VideoPress hosts high-quality, ad-free video, and the VideoPress player has been rebuilt from scratch. Jetpack Search helps visitors find what they are looking for; Jetpack Search 3.0 introduced Embedded and blocks-powered Overlay search experiences, and Site Chat gives readers a way to ask questions and receive answers based on site content. The Site Accelerator module, formerly Photon, caches and serves images uploaded to a site, with filters available to exclude individual images or whole pages.

Contact Forms arrived in Jetpack 1.3 and are created from a contact form icon above the post editor, where fields can be added, edited and reordered. The recipient email address and subject line can be customised, and responses are emailed and also listed under Feedbacks in the WordPress admin. Jetpack Comments replaces a theme's comment form and allows visitors to identify themselves as a guest or with a WordPress.com, Twitter or Facebook account; it is opt-in and activated from the Jetpack menu in the dashboard. The heading and colour scheme of the Jetpack Comments form can be changed under Settings → Discussion.

The Jetpack app is free and available for iOS/iPhone and Android. It allows site owners to publish posts, check stats, moderate comments and respond to security threats away from the desktop. The app also surfaces notifications and site activity, and can restore a backup or run a malware scan.
