The Terms of Use state that Amazon EU S.à r.l. and its affiliates provide website features and other products and services, referred to as Amazon Services, subject to those conditions. Individual services such as Selling on Amazon, Amazon Webstore, Fulfilment by Amazon, Product Ads and Marketplace Web Services carry their own guidelines, terms and agreements, described as Service Terms. Sponsored ads are presented as a way to increase visibility, reach more buyers and grow sales, with payment only for clicks generated by the ads and campaign reports tracking spend and performance. Ads appear in prominent placements such as search results pages and product pages. Eligibility conditions apply: Sponsored Brands and Stores require enrolment in Brand Registry, while Sponsored Products requires eligibility for the featured offer.

Amazon provides support and opportunities for sellers to expand across its EU Expansion stores, listed as the Netherlands, Poland, Belgium, Sweden and Ireland. The sellers guide and toolkit collects market information for each store, access to fulfilment programmes and channels for staying up to date. The page also references VAT support for entry into the Irish store. Three fulfilment programmes are set out for cross-border selling.

Brand Registry and brand-building tools
The listing guide describes Amazon Brand Registry as giving brand owners more control over Amazon product pages that use their brand name, so that customers see accurate brand information. Registry includes search and reporting tools built for brands, such as global search, image search and bulk ASIN search, plus proactive alerts when products are offered under a brand name incorrectly. Automated brand protection and Project Zero allow infringements to be reported. Brand owners also gain access to content and analytics tools.

- Sponsored Brands — cost-per-click ads for brand discovery
- Amazon Brand Analytics — insights on traffic, conversion and customer experience
IP Accelerator
IP Accelerator connects sellers with a network of vetted legal service providers offering trademark support and other intellectual property services. The programme is presented as being designed with small and medium businesses in mind, covering trademark registration, copyright and patent applications, brand-name research and IP dispute management. Participants can access a broader range of brand protection benefits sooner, even while a trademark registration is pending. The programme is reached from the Seller Central main menu under Apps and Services, then Explore Services.
- More than 33,000 brands enrolled in Brand Registry through IP Accelerator
- Trademark filings supported across 22 trademark offices worldwide
- Assistance available in 18 languages
- Accessed via Seller Central
Project Zero
Project Zero combines automated protections, serialisation and a self-service tool that lets enrolled brands remove counterfeit listings from Amazon stores themselves. Each removal strengthens Brand Registry's automated protections, which block counterfeits proactively. Enrolment requires meeting eligibility criteria and completing a ten-minute training session, after which the removal tool is available for stores in countries where the brand holds an active registered trademark linked to its Brand Registry account. Removal status can be tracked from the Monitor section of the Brand Registry menu.
- Self-service counterfeit-listing removal
- Automated protections strengthened by each removal
- Test buy recommended before removing a suspected counterfeit
- Brand Protection Report published by Amazon

The Selling Partner Appstore lists Amazon-approved third-party software partners that sellers can use to automate, manage and grow their business. Amazon states that it vets all software partners and monitors their performance. Sellers browse or search the store after logging in to a seller account, and can filter results by category, supported programmes, star rating, language and marketplace, with a currency selector and ratings and reviews on detail pages. According to the page, sellers see an average 10% uplift in sales after adopting apps, list products 37% faster when using listing apps, and experience 43% shorter time to first sale.

Seller case studies
The site publishes seller stories illustrating its brand programmes. Palouse Brand, a dryland farming business selling chickpeas, lentils and wheat, describes starting with Seller Central and using Brand Registry for protection and brand building; chief executive Sara Mader calls it one of the best programmes Amazon has rolled out. Food Huggers, co-founded by Adrienne McNicholas, recounts registering trademarks, patenting its silicone food covers and using Project Zero to remove infringing listings after counterfeiters copied its Kickstarter material.
