Access CLOSA agency banking
Access CLOSA extends financial services into neighbourhoods through authorised agents who process transactions using Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals and mobile phones. Services are available to both Access Bank customers and customers of other banks, including outside normal banking hours at weekends and on public holidays. Every agent outlet carries Access CLOSA signage, and locations can be verified on the bank's website or through its contact centre. Individuals, registered businesses and corporates with retail chains or large distribution networks may all become agents.

AccessAfrica money transfer
AccessAfrica is a payments product covering person-to-person, business-to-business, person-to-business and government-to-person flows, used for purposes such as school fees, merchant payments, e-commerce, trade payments and diaspora remittances. Customers send funds in US dollars, and recipients receive either local currency or US dollars depending on local regulations and their account. The service reaches over 140 countries across Africa, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas, and is available to Access Bank customers only. Transfers can be initiated at any Access Bank branch, via the AccessMore app and through internet banking.

PAPSS cross-border payments
The Pan-African Payment and Settlement System (PAPSS) is a centralised payment and settlement infrastructure for intra-African trade and cross-border transactions, settling in local currencies without third-party currency conversion. Through Access Bank, individual and corporate customers can send instant payments in Naira to beneficiaries in 11 African countries, with beneficiaries receiving funds within 120 seconds of initiation. The service is available on the AccessMore app and in branch across over 500 branches. Individuals may transact up to $2,000 equivalent monthly and corporates up to $5,000 equivalent monthly without supporting documentation; above those thresholds, documentation under the CBN Foreign Exchange Manual applies.

The "W" Initiative
Access Bank unveiled the "W" Initiative in July 2014 to support female entrepreneurs in Nigeria. Alongside financial inclusion, it acts as a one-stop centre for the bank's women-focused offerings.
